Whipped Up!
Sonja is a twenty-something writer who swam competitively from the age of seven through her senior year of college. As a person who loves adventure and leading an exciting life, Sonja seeks to find the balance between being active and having fun. She often finds that the two go together. She likes diversity of experience and finds that she loves diverse experiences in her workout routines. She likes to run, swim, do yoga, workout with a personal trainer, work her core, and is always open to trying new workout routines. No longer a competitive swimmer, competition remains in Sonja’s blood and she likes to partake in competitive challenges; even if the competition is with her only. In addition to being active, Sonja loves to cook and looks for quick and easy ways to eat healthy within her busy lifestyle.
